Last week, we were able to check out UFC Undisputed 3's career mode. We built our own fighter -- "Ginger King" -- and worked our way up to being the best fighter our featherweight body would allow. We were also able to chat with Senior Game Designer Wes Bunn, who gave us a rundown of what makes career mode so awesome.
