If, for some reason, you're stuck in the original NES Mega Man, you could do worse than this kid's VHS walkthrough, straight outta the 1990s. Fun fact: I used to try to record near-flawless VHS runs of my own (and I'm pretty sure I tried Mega Man at one point), way before speedrunning was a thing. I sucked horribly at it, too.
