The guys that brought you Rebecca Black's Friday want you to Party Like the Rich Kids

By on October 19, 2011

You may have thought Rebecca Black's song, Friday, was her own doing -- but there was a team behind her fame...and infamy. ARK Music Factory was the original homebase for producer, composer, and writer Clarence Jey, one of the brains behind Black's success.

Kenny James is one of the young artists to come out of Jey's Music Intersection, by way of his Pop-U-Lar label (see what they did there?). They're calling Kenny, "...the next Will Smith with a Ke$ha twist." That is an interesting mash-up, to say the least. If you were looking for this oddly-specific combination -- here it is.

What do you think of Party Like the Rich Kids? Is it another Friday? Send me your feedback here.
