Canadian sci-fi/horror thriller The Corridor screens at Fantastic Fest 2011

By on September 23, 2011

From reports coming out of Austin's Fantastic Fest 2011 thus far, the programming has been on-point, and is set to continue that trend later this week when The Corridor screens on the 25th at Tim League's Alamo Drafthouse. From the trailer, director Evan Kelly and writer Josh MacDonald seem to be going for equal parts Cabin Fever, Dreamcatcher (the book, I hope), and if we go by their description -- The Big Chill. Sounds like a promising mix of sci-fi goodness and bloody, jump-in-your-seat fun.

The Corridor recieved solid buzz coming out of the Fantasia International Film Festival this past July. Here is hoping more positive reviews mean more showings in the coming months.
