Director Brian Troxell isn't exactly turning the slasher genre on its ear, but oh well -- girls in bikinis, some prospectively tongue-in-cheek silliness, and lots of stabby stuff going on is difficult not to enjoy.
Don't let low-budget film scare you away -- there are a lot of folks out there like Brian making features, and they're available. Who knows, you may end up getting in on the ground floor of a new Peter Jackson, or John Carpenter.
