I've always loved new, fresh takes on the already dark world of fairlytales. Honestly, read the original stories from the Brothers Grimm -- they're not full of sunshine and puppy dogs...unless perhaps the puppy is being eaten.
Little odd that they give away so much of the first episode in the teaser, but whatever -- it's interesting. That said, Grimm is going to have a tough time going up against Fringe in the same timeslot over at Fox.
Here is hoping the writing is on point, and it gets a fair chance. The premise looks to be a lot of fun if done right.
Grimm premieres October 28th at 9/8c.
