We love our short films here at M.E.N., and understand that not every budget allows for the best visual quality -- but it doesn't matter if the story is engaging.
In the case of Ben Howdeshell's ambitious Project S.E.R.A., that's not the case. It's beautifully filmed, the practical effects are spot-on, and the acting solid.
